Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LUMNOK platform (the "Service"). The Service is operated by İsa İsayev (Baku, Azerbaijan) — in these terms, "we" and "LUMNOK" refer to that person. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited: creating content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that infringes the rights of others; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service; overloading the system or automated abuse; violating academic integrity rules. LUMNOK is designed to support learning — do not use it as a means to cheat.
4. Subscription, billing and refunds
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record on our behalf; LUMNOK does not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period (for example, monthly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. Refunds are processed through our reseller Paddle; to request one, contact us at info@talrax.com. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. AI-generated content
The Service generates content using artificial intelligence models. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — accuracy is not guaranteed. Generated content is for educational purposes only and is not professional (legal, medical, financial, etc.) advice. Verify information independently before making important decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, logo, and software belong to İsa İsayev and are protected by applicable law. Content you submit to the Service (texts, notes, etc.) remains yours; we process it only to provide and improve the Service. You may use the outputs the AI generates for you, subject to applicable law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings; deletion results in the permanent removal of all your data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example, limitation of liability) remain in effect.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUMNOK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in that case, the limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
